The service
TournPadel lets players and organizers create and run padel tournaments, manage clubs and communities, and follow live results. These terms are an agreement between you and TournPadel. By creating an account you accept them.
Beta notice
TournPadel is currently in an early-access (beta) phase. Features may change, be added or removed, and occasional interruptions or data resets may occur. We work to keep your data safe and continuous, but during beta the service is provided as-is.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Published-tournament allowances are consumed when a tournament is published and are not refunded if it is later cancelled. Prices may change; we will give you reasonable notice before any change affects you.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful content, impersonation, harassment, spam, attempts to access other users' data, or scraping. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload (images, descriptions, posts). You grant TournPadel a licence to host and display it as needed to run the service. You must have the right to share what you upload.
Clubs, ownership and disputes
Club ownership on TournPadel is claim-based: proof documents you submit are stored but not independently verified. Ownership disagreements are handled through the in-app dispute process, and decisions made through that process (including by platform administrators) are final within the platform.
Intellectual property
The TournPadel name, design and software are ours. These terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TournPadel is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events at physical tournaments organized by users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by nature survive termination (content licences already exercised, liability limits, governing law) survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes are subject to the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
